200g Caribbean Cube from @tempehine
0.5 cup vegetable broth
2 green onions, sliced
0.25 cup chopped dates (Teriyaki sauce)
0.25 cup reduced sodium soy sauce (Teriyaki sauce)
0.25 cup vegetable broth (Teriyaki sauce)
1 tbsp rice vinegar (Teriyaki sauce)
1 tbsp maple syrup (Teriyaki sauce)
2 cloves chopped garlic (Teriyaki sauce)
0.5 tsp ground ginger (Teriyaki sauce)
Sesame seeds, to garnish

Instructions:

Preparation of your recipe, serves 2
Chop the dates. Cover with water and put in the microwave for one and a half minute. Drain and pour into the blender with the remaining sauce ingredients. Pulse until you get a smooth consistency. Set aside.
Cut each @tempehine cube in half. Place them in a pan with the vegetable broth. Cover and turn heat to medium. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until the broth is reduced (this method removes the bitterness from the tempeh).

Add salt and pepper to taste and pour the teriyaki sauce over the tempeh. Coat the tempeh cubes.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds and serve.
